Tim Berners-LeeIn an interview with the Telegraph, Sir Tim Berners-Lee revealed how he once were cheated by an Internet online gift shop when shopping for a Christmas present.

Sir Tim calls for the Internet service provider to be more pro-active in helping to secure the Internet for their customers. One mechanism he suggested in techie jargon, is the usage of a network access control (NAC) device.
